Accommodation Cleaning Team Member - Laundrette

Role Overview:

As an Accommodation Team Member working in the Laundrette, you have the responsibility to consistently deliver Holiday Guest, Owner and Team Service Washes within timescales expected and to the standard you have been trained. This will be provided in a clean and safe working environment that will be your responsibility. 
You will ensure exceptional quality, as judged by our guests, is at an optimum level at all times.

Responsibilities and Duties:

? To clean and maintain cleanliness of the Laundrette and machines to the highest cleanliness levels. There will be a particular focus on cleaning high touch areas (including machines, counters, door handles)
? To present the Laundrette to the high standard shown in training and demonstration
? To record on check sheets provided, any maintenance and/or inventory requirements.
? Assist guests in a pleasant & professional manner with vending machines, washing machines, dryers and kiosks.
? To be guest focused & provide a first-class service to all of our guests.
? Support the Accommodation leadership team and your colleagues
? Role Model effective team-ship behaviours and our vision and values at all times.
? Communicate effectively to all team members
? Be an advocate for working within a high performing team
? Celebrate individual and team success


Qualifications/Experience/Training:

? Previous experience of working in a large team an advantage
? The ability to work at pace and under pressure within a team
? Has excellent attention to detail
? Computer Literate – desirable
